$150+GST per Month - City walkways and front entrance walkways
$175 +GST per Month - Single driveways at the front of the home. Includes city walkways and front entrance walkways
$200 +GST per Month - Single Driveways at the rear of the home includes backyard walkways, city walkways and front entrance walkways
$250 +GST per Month - Double car Driveways includes backyard walkways, city walkways and front entrance walkways
De-icing
Charges are $20.00 per bag of material used.
Choose between Ice melt or Gravel/Sand
De-icing is only applied where ice occurs on the property.
On Call Snow Removal
Subject to hourly rates - $60 per man per hour.
The usual cost is about $90 to $150 depending on De-icing used and ice thickness.

Eligible seniors can get up to $1356 in refunds per year for snow removal from the Alberta Governments. Iron Rock Property Maintenance helps support eligible seniors with proper invoices and receipts.

Blowers most of the time. When it is too dense we have snow Throwers/Blowers.
